We were recently certified by quality-France SAS in order to sell of the Bio Beef. This certification makes continuation of the audit of our installation by the independent organism, Qualité France SAS, certifying our capacity to sell Bio Beef in the respect of the French and European legislation. Despierres S.A. in its tradition of top-of-the-range product, seeks to provide to its customers the best possible Bio Beef. Why do we sell Bio Beef ? In front of the request of our customers, Despierres S.A. is committed in finding the best possible suppliers in this category. Organoleptic qualities of the Bio Beef will not come because it is labelled Bio ox, but that it comes from a beef breed raised in a particular soil and a bio food adapted, according to the good practices of the breeding.
