CHAROLAIS TERROIR Red Label was creates in 1989. CHAROLAIS TERROIR Red Label ensures the management of the various operators, from the producer to the distributor, which are involved by contract to respect the rules of the red label. CHAROLAIS TERROIR Red Label ensures the permanent internal control of the quality chain, including the analyses. CHAROLAIS TERROIR Red Label ensures the promotion of the product through media advertising, materials, tastings exhibition, and fairs. In term of responsibility, CHAROLAIS TERROIR Red Label is guaranteeing the implementation of the fundamental actions and effectiveness of the control means expressed in the government approved technical regulation LA03-89. The reliability of the system supposes the respect by the various operators of the criteria fixed in this regulation. The traceability inherent in the CHAROLAIS TERROIR Red Label regulation, supposes an approval by an independent Certification body of all the operators intervening in the process of the CHAROLAIS TERROIR Red Label products. The consistency and the control of information allow ensuring its follow-up.
