Due to the refrigerating tunnel connecting us directly to the slaughter-house we can ensure you the respect of the low temperature during the supply of the quality meat. The system of traceability related to the red Label CHAROLAIS TERROIR is also a pledge of quality meat. Thanks to our cutting workshop and with the talent of our butchers we can ensure a meat cutting of quality according to the desire of our customers.
