- The management of the various operators, involved by contract in the respect of the red label regulation.
- The permanent internal control of the of the quality chain during the process at the various stages.
- The promotion of the product.
The traceability inherent in the Red Label “Saveur du Boeuf”, supposes an agreement by an independent Certification body of all the operators intervening in the process of the Red product Label “Saveur du Boeuf .
The Red Label “Saveur du Boeuf ” represents an individual voluntary step of the producers in the meat production chain . The animals “Saveur du Boeuf ” are exclusively Charolais beef breed. Each adherent farm within the red label “Saveur du Boeuf ” undergoes regular visits of qualification body, which allows to attest that the obligatory characteristics of the label “Saveur du Boeuf ” are respected.
